The eleventh month of the year already – Christmas is nearly upon us and the shops (& roads!) are starting to get busier.

I didn’t think I’d bought too much this month as I know I’ve spent lots of pennies on Christmas presents! So without further a do, lets see what’s what!

Jo Malone Fragrance

One thing that we’ve both treated ourselves to is some fragrances from Jo Malone.  I’ve gone for Peony & Blush Suede whilst John went for Sea Salt and Wood Sage (I may have worn this a couple of times!!)  They are not cheap (£43 for a 30ml) but you only need a couple of sprays to smell beautiful all day!

Ooh Chocolata

A bar of Ooh Chocolata fell into my shopping bag earlier this month…and low and behold another bar fell in this weekend.  What surprised me was that they are an independent company locally to me (Bristol) and have been running since 2012.  They have lots of products other than chocolate and the amount of choice is vast.  What I didn’t know until today when writing this post is that they have a monthly chocolate club where for £6.50 a month you get 3 50g bars delivered to your door!  Sign me up immediately!!

Secret Linen Store

 

I’ve been after some new bedding for a couple of months now and after  following Secret Linen Store on Instagram for a while and seeing they  had a sale on, I thought I’d have a look.

I opted for their Teasels range in navy blue to match our room.  I’ll be honest and say it’s not as navy as the name suggests but it’s still beautiful.  The king size duvet cover is reduced from £109 to £59 so much more friendly on the purse strings and the quality is outstanding.  It’s in the wash at the moment and I totally forgot to take a photo so you’ll have to excuse the photo from their website!!

The bedding was delivered super quickly and was packaged up in a cute bundle with some extra goodies including a herbal teabag.

If you follow my Instagram, you might have seen the Roxy was poorly earlier this month and needed her foot to be covered to stop her liking the wound…this was tied securely in place with the ribbon from Secret Linen Store!

Limelight Candles

I can’t do a monthly favourite without mentioning yet another candle I’ve got my hands on.  You can read my full review of these candles here but what I can tell you is that if you’re a Jo Malone lover but can’t afford the candle prices or simply want a decent candle that’s going to actually fill the room with wonder fragrance then these are the candles for you!!!

There you have it, another monthly favourites.  One more left for 2016…!
