I’m not a bad cook but I’ll be the first to say I’m a rubbish baker! When a friend shared with me her easy chocolate brownies, that were also suitable for John as they had no cows milk in them I thought I’d give them a go. I tweaked them a little by adding some chunks of dairy free chocolate in for extra gooeyness!
1 3/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
100g dairy free chocolate broken into chunks
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (check)
Measure out all ingredients into a bowl
Mix it up
Grease a 9 x 9 inch cake tin
Pour ingredients into the cake tin
Cook for approx 30-35 mins (less for a fan oven – mine took about 25 mins)
It’s as easy as that! Next time I think switch out the chocolate chunks and add some chopped nuts in.
