These posts are always super popular and lockdown is an ideal time to really Take Stock. It was really popular and I took the idea from Meet Me at Mike’s as I loved the posts.
Without further a do, here’s my take on Taking Stock…
Making : Endless amounts of banana bread – isn’t that what everyone’s making in lockdown?!
Cooking : Anyone else fed up of cooking in lockdown?! I’m trying to be inventive with what’s in the cupboards / freezer and avoiding the supermarket at much as possible.
Enjoying : the wonderful sunshine we’ve had over the Bank Holiday weekend
Drinking : all the water – I’m trying to get through 2-3 litres of water a day
Reading : ’The Introvert Entrepreneur – it’s like the book was written just for me!
Next read : Ant Middleton’s The Fear Bubble

Wanting : Our favourite cafe Divine on the Green to start doing takeaways
Looking : At old holiday photos with fond memories. Remember when we were allowed to travel?!
Playing : old school 90’s anthems on the Alexa
Wishing : That I could see my family and friends
Waiting : For JB to finish a game on the playstation so we can go out!
Buying : We’ve taken the lockdown as opportunity to buy a few new things for the house including some garden furniture, replacing a wardrobe and some new saucepans.
Pondering: If this wonderful weather is going to last
Considering : Redecorating our bedroom but I’m struggling with what look I want
Watching : Selling Sunset on Netflix – it’s so trashy, I love it!
Next watch : Tiger King – I must be the only person who hasn’t seen it yet!
Marvelling : How lucky we were to be able to get to New Zealand earlier this year for our friends wedding before lockdown hit.

Needing : To get back to my RPM classes – I can’t believe how much I miss them!
Smelling : My essential oil diffuser. I’m newly introduced into essential oils but so far so good.
Wearing : .My PJ’s – am writing this Bank Holiday Monday evening.
Knowing : That lockdown will not last forever
Loving : My husband – of course!

Sorting : my never ending list of ‘things to do’. The last few weeks have been crazy busy and I feel that I’m adding to the list more than I’m ticking off.
Giggling : At how insane the houses are on Selling Sunset – $75 million?!
Feeling : Excited for the week ahead – it’s a short week and there’s plenty of work to get through.
Snacking : On an Easter Egg that my Mum was finally able to drop off over the weekend.
Hearing : The dog snoring.
This is wonderfui! the one thing I have realised is that I haven’t been craving take outs has much. But have been missing a good breakfast from our favourite cafe too,
Oh I love this! Is this a type that’s going around? I’d love to do this myself xx
Your garden is looking aamzing!! I so wish I had some outdoor space to spend time in – would make so much difference to lock down!
I haven’t watched tiger king either, I need to x
I’ve just repainted our bathroom to a mauvey grey colour. It appeared really dark when it first when on but now it’s had a chance to fully dry, it looks beautiful x
Such a great idea for a post.
It’s so interesting to see how everyone is managing with lockdown life.
It’s been great to see businesses start to open up – my favourite place came back just in time for my birthday! Hope you’re doing well – it feels like the light is finally visible at the end of the tunnel with lockdown
