October Favorites

Here we are again, another end of month, another end of favourites blog post!  October has been pretty manic for us – we’ve been to Rome (which you can read about here, here and here) AND Dubai plus working frantically in between.

Blogosphere Magazine

So I might be a little late to the party on this one but I’ve finally managed to get my hands on the latest issue of the Blogosphere magazine.  For those who haven’t heard of it, it’s a print publication written by bloggers for bloggers and covers a whole host of areas from travel to beauty to craft to cooking.  I was really surprised just how BIG the magazine is (over 100 pages) and the quality of the content and actual paper amazing.  I’ll def be purchasing this again!

This edition’s cover is Victoria from @inthefrow who’s blog I’ve been following for a while now.  There’s no denying that she doesn’t work hard on her blog / vlog and her content is consistently brilliant so to read the article with her in was really interesting.

Zhuzh! Tan Accelerator

I was sent this by the team at Ideal World ready to take on our break to Dubai.  Knowing that we were only going to be there for 4 days I thought I needed to maximise the sunbathing time and give this a whirl.

Now, it should be noted that it doesn’t replace SPF so you use this on your skin first and then put your SPF on top.  Every time you want to top up your SPF, you use this as well.  This product speeds up the tanning process which allows you to spend less time in the sun but achieving maximum results.  It’s got a floral smell that isn’t overpowering and made my skin feel really soft.

I’ve definitely  caught the sun whilst in Dubai and have a little golden glow…not that you can really see it as the jeans and jumpers are FIRMLY in place!!

This product retails at £29.99 for a bottle twinpack.

Molten Brown Vintage 2016 Shower Gel

I’m SO pleased that Molten Brown have re-released this for Christmas.  I had a bottle of it last year and fell in love with it and was gutted when it ran out.  I saw this in the window a couple of weeks back and knew I had to stock up again.

I might also add that they’ve released this in a candle this year so I’m hoping that Father Christmas might be reading this…

Rosie For Autograph – InstaGlow Blusher

I’ve read a lot about this make up range over the last couple of months and I had a couple of M&S vouchers in my purse that needed to be spent so thought I’d give this a whirl.

The packaging is a bloggers dream…rose gold!! It’s a combined bronzer and highlighter in a beautiful floral pattern that looks too pretty to use – it’s really shimmery without being completely over the top.  Its a build-able product so you can make it look more intense if necessary.

So that’s it for another month!

What’s been your favourite products this month?!
