Jump into January

& just like that, Christmas is over – all the presents have been bought, wrapped and given out, copious amounts of food and drink have been consumed and the decorations have been put away.

Just a super short post today as I wanted to let you know that this month I’ve decided to share a few posts that will help us ease back into a sense of normality and hopefully gain some control again!

A couple of things I’ll be covering:

  • How to save / earn a few extra pennies
  • Decluttering your wardrobe
  • Self-care
  • A year without dairy

I’m not someone that sets New Years Resolutions – they can be unobtainable and unrealistic and as soon as you’ve missed a day of something or had a cheeky glass of wine during Dry January you feel as though you’ve let yourself down.  I prefer to set some goals for the year…this year I want to be able to push myself and complete the RPM Sprint class that’s starting this week and to do Tricep Pushups without falling flat on my face!!

    I don’t like to set resolutions either, I’ve got a few goals I want t reach thought! I’ve been decluttering today, and definitely want to save money too. Xo
