Many of us are probably aware that Jamie Oliver owns a restaurant chain called Jamie’s – but did you know he also runs a chain of deli’s?!
I was invited to the Bath Deli to try out their lunch menu a couple of weeks ago and I wasn’t disappointed!
Bowls brimming with delicious salads ready to be paired with either fish or meat of the day. A fresh ciabatta roll to be toasted (or not) there’s certainly plenty of choice.
As with the restaurants, the decor is industrial but still welcoming. There are a range of Jamie’s products from the famous antipasti planks and tableware to delicious flavoured oils.

Selection of homeware
JB opted for the salad plus a pork schnitzel – the plate was piled high with roasted heritage carrots, sweet potato and butternut squash, broccoli with almond flakes – it looked (& I’m told tasted) was incredibly delicious.

I went for the sandwich option. A delicious fennel salami with buffalo mozzarella, rocket and chutney and again it was delicious!
Once we’d had our savoury bites we decided it we’d better try something sweet. We shared a piece of lemon drizzle cake with a tea for me and a soya latte for JB. In terrible blogger mode, we’d already eaten it before I realised I hadn’t taken a photo!
If you’re looking for somewhere for a quick lunch to either eat in or take away then you’ll find Jamie’s Deli in Bath in Milsom Place.
