Space NK Treats

If you’ve been reading my #project3000 posts, you’ll know that I’ve been trying not to buy too many new skincare products and use what I’ve had in stock. After not buying anything for around 6 months, it was time to treat myself in Space NK!

Oskia Renaissance Cleanser

This is a staple cleanser in my beauty arsenal – you might have already read about it my Cleanser Addict post I did a year or so ago. The pretty pink balm is a gel to oil cleanser that removes makeup effortlessly. I prefer to use this as a second cleanser as it’s a little expensive to use to take the first round of makeup off! Vitamin-rich and gentle, it strengthens and revitalises skin, promoting firmness and elasticity.

Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser

This has been a cult classic for those that are devote Caroline Hirons fans. She mentions this product a LOT and it’s been on my wish list for a while. Seeing as I was on a spending ban, I decided enough was enough and treated myself to another cleanser. Again I use this as a second cleanse. (My first cleanse tends to be The Body Shop Camomile balm)

I was worried that this might smell a bit weird, given that goats milk / cheese smells awful! However, it’s the the Manuka honey that comes through. The goat milk proteins to help soothe dry and sensitive skin, while vitamin rich Manuka honey provides intense nourishment

Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector

Again, I was influenced by the lovely Leah of Devoted to Pink to add this product to my makeup bag. I suffer with dark rings under my eyes regardless of how much sleep I get.

This creamy corrector is a little pot of magic with a blend of powerful natural ingredients. The coverage is perfect and leaves no trace of darkness. It’s taken me a while to get the application right – it’s best to use a concealor brush and ‘draw’ a triangle shape under your eye.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser

This is a repurchase and another firm favourite of mine. I love the lightweight formula and that it provides some good coverage without the heaviness of a foundation.

This also has a broad Spectrum SPF 30 UVB/UVA sunscreen plus a blend of antioxidant vitamins C and E to help protect skin from the damaging effects of the environment.
