Travel & Positivity

Travel allows you to do many things – explore new countries and culture, explore new areas in your country, relax, have adventure but for me, most importantly it brings me positivity.

Avid readers will know that my husband and I run 3 businesses and often it can be all about work and not enough down time. We spend a LOT of time at home – our office is at home and obviously we live at home. I find it incredibly difficult to switch off, even at the weekends. We’re privileged to be in a position where we can take a couple of holidays a year and I never take this for granted. As a couple, we don’t have children, the only thing we really spend our money on is travel as it’s such an important part of our life.

I’m the one that is thinking about the next holiday when we’re boarding the flight from the last holiday. It drive my husband insane! I’m always looking at travel bloggers to see where they’ve been and where they are going.

Below are a few of my favourite holiday memories – in this challenging time I think it’s important to look back at positive moments and remember that this will pass.

Ahhh Emma, I love seeing these happy memories. I am also very jealous you got to see The Killers! Perhaps, without knowing it, you are being told to give yourself ore down time. I know what it is like working from home you never “down tools” and switch off. Let yourself rest and restore during this xx Stay safe, we will all be off on our travels in no time xx

Oh Emma, what lovely memories these are from your travels. I’m with you with thinking about the next adventure but this year was going to be more spontaneous, little did we know this crisis would occur. Anyway I’m going to have a littel look through my photos after seeing yours. I love your cute little doggies too! B xx
